After several days eating pasta, pizza and sea food I needed to eat beef or steak in a good restaurant here in Olbia
I found the restaurante Don Carlos where they offer cuts of Argentine beef among others plates mainly from US
To my surprise the wide range of wine offered comes from Cerdeña (excellent) and also great wines from Argentina
And finally, the dessert we ate tartufins of dark chocolate (Delicious)
The waiters are so professionals managed several languages and coming to the table at the right moment, just when you really need it

Very kind, professional and attentive service. The tenderloin was really good, well prepared, slightly crusty outside, smooth and tender inside, very tasty. Texas beans and wine rounded it off, nothing too special but went really well with the steak. Definitely recommended!

A very good place for having steak in the area. Lovely place and good stuff. A parking is also available at this place. For the quality of food the price is very good.
